A new day

There is nothing I love more than good customer service, so when I ran top speed to the new round of The Dressing Room my heels skidded at R.icielli's shorts. I bought them hurried home and threw them on.

Unfortunately the creator had included a playsuit and an alpha that covered most of the arms. I'm not complaining about the creator because I then politely sent a notecard explaining it and within minutes I got a response of the actual shorts for sale and a response thanking me. I was just happy to catch the creator before many more bought the item and then Ricielli would have many more customers to contact!!

The shorts are absolutely gorgeous and if you buy them you'll agree as the layering is exquisitely flattering.

Another huge compliment going out to [glow] as they've produced not one but two items for The Dressing Room.
The bracelet is one and the earrings (shown below) are another. I *HAD* to buy the bracelet as it matches perfectly with a past item they released which I blogged here

The sandals are [CheerNo] for TDR, they contain a resize script which could easily make them unisex, the HUD for the skin colour change has a few presets which thankfully were perfect for me though I'm not sure how easy they would be for everyone.

Adoring Taxidermy!

Eventually blogging this!
I just adore this skin and dress (no pun intended) by Adore & Abhor, Sileny and Airedine really surpass themselves with each new creation!
The skin and eyes are for Flux which has the theme of taxidermy this month (do NOT google it! gross!)

Eek also, my new boots, by 22769, GORGEOUS right?! I did blog a similar pair but these are red and divine and for blackmarket, only 100L!

The dress is at Collabor88 available in a variety of colours but I just love the sumptuous shades of purple in this version!

I teamed the dress with 22769's corset also for Flux, it is a whole outfit but I LOVED it with the dress for some reason!

Week 8 ~ Dark Raspberry

I love the word raspberry, it's supposed to be pronounced razz-berry which makes me think of making fart noises by blowing on someone's tummy (aka Razzing) but I pronounce it Rasp-berry, like it's spelt and rasp makes me think of going pthhhhhpt! (:p)

Anywho, I was very glad that I waited to do my week 8 of the 52 weeks of colour challenge as all the new releases of coldLogic came out (yes I know I don't like doing new releases but as a challenge this counts PLUS I included freebies hehe) so I decided to use all the gorgeous purple shades as everyone has an opinion on which shade is Dark Raspberry and I am NEVER one to match the swatch hehe!

Having a lazy saturday

It's early on a Saturday and Saffie can't sleep. She loves saturdays for so many reasons, the main one being no classes and therefore no uniform! It would probably be a good idea to wrap up warm though, it's still a very cold winter and Hogwarts is up in Scotland and completely covered in snow!
The problem is, though, mother has still not sent on Saffie's gloves, she left them behind after the Christmas hols, she knew she'd forget something but didn't realise it would be something so important! Maybe she can get one of the Ravenclaw girls to knit her a pair....
Until then she'll have to wait for the snowball fight one of the boys suggested! And she definately can't have a snowball fight with her nails done so well!

A Mesh Mish Mash

Two blog posts in a week?! I'm clearly procrastinating from this final essay!

On The Cat I blogged about the jeans and the black tee as a combo then went for a wander back at The Dressing Room and The Dressing Room Blue
(warning in advance, I'm not doing a final bit with all the links so read well!)

And I found a VERY cute mesh skirt by R.icielli and a sweet pink top by Tee*fy (which again proves red heads can wear pink!) available at The Dressing Room and The Dressing Room Blue

The hair is a subscribo gift at Exile which I've tinted  a bit orange to suit my ginger-ness

Teamed with my pretty top and jeans in the same at paper.doll (all sale items either 25L or 50L) and my looovely new mesh shoes (subscribo item at Hucci) I look fah-bulous dah-link!

NB The picture of the black tee and union flag skirt has been flipped over so the flag is on the other side and the hair parts the other way as per the image on the right

I've spent AGES trying to find the perfect location to take pictures for this outfit and then when I got them blogger decided it would be awkward and not let me upload the shots!

If you are a follower of The Cat you should know by now my favourite shop is The Dressing Room and it's counter part The Dressing Room Blue so when I saw this jacket with shoes at The Dressing Room I immediately thought of the gorgeous skirt I have hidden in my inventory that I can never seem to match with anything!
