Dancing with grace

She arrived early, her bag packed full of her dance clothes and ready to go

Performing her stretches she thought with dread of practising on point with no point shoes, wriggling her toes she hoped the feeling wouldn't disappear all together!

Changing into her dancing clothes she stretched and flexed to her heart's content! Thankfully her toes survived!

Dancing with butterflies

Butterflies, to my mum, are the symbolism of new life. She loves to use them as a metaphor which attracted me to this dress, it's stunning with the fascinator and different sizes of butterflies to attatch

Valentina E Couture made this dress for the dressing room blue (70L I think) It's gorgeous but I highly reccommend you get the demo before hand, in dresses I'm usually a S and in this I'm wearing XXS, vanity sizing! (joke) but you can see it is hanging off my back.

Apart from my problem with the sizing this dress is visually stunning and the shades of green are lovely and subtle throughout without being so heavy that it clashes with my colouring.

Watching the sun set

The beautiful day was ending and after lounging in the sun she paddled into the shallows to watch the sun dip it's fiery head below the waves

I love the dress by 22769, it hangs so perfectly off the hips and I'm sure it would look awesome with some skinny jeans or leggings as day wear!
I hope it's available in other colours and the striped pattern reminds me of the union flag (hint hint!)

1. What do you do on SL?
 ~ Well I dabble in this and that, I roleplay mainly I moved from fae to hogwarts student. I make poses, shapes and I blog and fug! yay!

2. How long have you been on SL?
~ I've been here since my RL 18th birthday!

3. Is your current avatar your first one or is it an alt?
~ Saff is my first

4. What store in sl could you spend a fortune in?
~ ooh see I like collaborations like The Dressing Room and The Dressing Room Blue!

5. What made you join SL?
~ My dad and sister played it and I needed somewhere to escape!

1. where is the best place you have been on sl so far?
~ A toughie, I think anywhere with friends is the best place.. I think the Accio sim is stunning though!

2. whats the the weirdest thing thats happened to you in sl?
~ I became a blogger that more than just my close friends had heard of! So probably joining plurk!

3. If you could change one thing about sl what would it be and why?
~ The copybotting, I think it's depressing, it's hurtful and it impacts on people's lives and livelihoods! I would get rid of it full stop, any hint of it and banned and booted forver IP banned, end of.

4. do you collect anything in sl? if so what?
~ Not including clothes... i like earrings and garden furniture, I have a gorgeous home but I adore my garden so I have endless garden stuff to make me happy!

5. whats your favourite thing you own in sl?
~ Right now..... probably my little piece of land!

Hanging Around

It's wonderful to be able to spend a lazy may evening lounging around as you please

And I just love how Cheeky pea's hammock lets you do that be it sunbathing as the light dapples through the trees

Or curled up reading a good book

Or attempting to balance whislt the hammock swings precariously in the breeze (it really swings!)

Oh Maytime

She could really get used to this weather where a soft breeze flows through the tree's branches and the sun  beats gently down on her cheeks, the season where legs come out and and light and floaty material can be worn.
Playing out in the snowy garden is a long forgotten memory now games of tag replace snowball fights and rolling in the soft long grass is warmer than making pretty snow angels!

Blogging Second Life Blogger Challenge

Evie (of Sleeping Koala) threw a blogger challenge into the air, she challenged us to blog a shop from the Blogging Second Life store list that we had NEVER been to before and NEVER heard of and called it the Blogging Second Life Blogger Challenge. I'd never been to Echo, never heard of it until I stumbled across a pretty cape on the marketplace
I then found out that there was a secret sale going on, unfortunately i think today is the last day BUT there may still be time AND everything is SO cheap anyway
Regardless of secret sale everything is ridiculously affordable and stunningly stylish

Everything I'm wearing is from Echo and under 100L (Sale items are 1, 10, 25 and 50L)
