When Skittles begged Truth Hawkes to give us a mesh rollers hairstyle he didn't disappoint! I've seen loads of great trailer trash, bed time and getting ready posts.
But the thing is, I grew up in the north-west of England, trained in-me-Liverpool-home and whenever I see rollers I just remember the chav-tastic, orange, scousebrowed (pronounced scaasebraaad) girls walking around Liverpool 1 (shopping area) in velour tracksuits and their hair in rollers!

So I really hope you like my take on this hair!

May has a beauty

coldLogic has given us a great spring/summer release.

Light and fresh colours with some great new styles. I've mixed up some of my favourites from the new release and wore the lovely new flats I picked up from Ingenue

I love the sisney sheer tops, there are some really cute details to it. The davar shorts are cute but I wish they had come in just one block colour (as you can see they all have black on the back, hmm)
The blue sling back from Ingenue are gorgeous, I don't know what I did before Slink feet!!

The book and classic Disney movie "Alice in Wonderland" is a classic in so many respects.
My family home is around the corner from the birthplace of Charles Dodgeson (Lewis Carrol) based on a tall tale told on the Isis to the Other Alice. The tale he told to Alice and her sisters became a respected, world renowned book.

Spring fresh

coldLogic have released their spring line and it is beautifully fresh. The clothes, as usual, fitting perfectly and looking as realistic as Second Life gets.

They've released a mix of pastels and brights on some lovely skirts and luscious dresses and shirts

Real Life meets Second Life

I'm clearly a little belated with everything with no excuse!
But I have redecorated my house though I can bet once I get to Collabor88 it'll change again (Cheeky Pea, need I say more?!)

This dress is e!'s September gift (should still be available - remember join fee)
I love it because it looks so like the navy dress from Victoria Beckham's A/W collection!
I love how RL fashion filters through to SL and how it's available to everyone!

My hair is another Truth release, again another RL fashion filtering to SL, I wish my RL hair was long enough for a fishtail braid! My only qualm with this lovely hair is that I had to adjust my brow size because some poses make it poke through but otherwise, gorgeous!

Autumn's Calling

Autumn's here! The leaves are falling and warm wear is IN!

But warm shouldn't mean drab or dull!
This gorgeous skirt from 22769 is their contribution to The Gallery Gift Shop and has all of the stunning shades of autumn!

I teamed it with E!'s August group gift (still available, group join fee). I can see this shade of blue being in this season and echoed in RL and SL

She arrived early, her bag packed full of her dance clothes and ready to go

Performing her stretches she thought with dread of practising on point with no point shoes, wriggling her toes she hoped the feeling wouldn't disappear all together!

Changing into her dancing clothes she stretched and flexed to her heart's content! Thankfully her toes survived!

The Wash!

The Wash - I first came across this sim a few years ago and I bought some gorgeously sexy leaf silks. I didn't realise that this was a biannual event so I was very happy to find it again!!
