In January I lost a friend, a colleague and an angel to Cancer.
Katie was beautiful, strong and loved. She fought her battle with dignity and lived every moment of the last few months of her life. She lived more than anyone I know.
This facebook group shows how many lives she touched, people she had never met, people she didn't even know.
Katie was well cared for, she had immense support and thanks to the NHS she had all the care she thoroughly deserved. Which leads on to the true nature of my post.

Squinternet of the SL brand Donna Flora has Cancer, her breast cancer has metastasized into bone cancer.

BUY ALL THE THINGS!!!!!

LiquidH3ll so kindly offered on plurk 8 1000L gift cards for Intrigue Co. and being all grabby (insert child making grabby motions here) I politely asked for one!
I ran to Intrigue Co. and was greeted by a miriad of colours and such awesomly bizarre stuff! I found it so hard not to buy all the things!

Following that I ran full pelt to The Dressing Room Blue as I'd been saying (repeatedly) that I had to buy Eclectic Wingtip's contribution and well.... I ended up buying more and more....
And maybe a bit too much!

I think I bought a little too much! oops!

But aren't all the meshy goods so amazing? you move, it moves, no ugly prims sticking out of your joints! Which means I can pull all these poses on my Hobbes (MY HOBBES! NOT YOURS!)

The creator Donna Flora has been ill and Casja Lillihook has organised an A-Z challenge of her items, I got Q and could not find anything until I stumbled across this GORGEOUS mesh release (250L).. the shoes I teamed with it are also Donna Flora and only 1L, I don't think I'll ever take them off!!

So I thought I'd take my 60's retro look and clash it with the screaming 70's....

The music pounded and it just wasn't her thing...

But the bass took hold and she rocked that beat..
